Some boys and men have feminine looking breasts, which cause them embarrassment. They cannot go bare chest in public, which causes problems in outdoor sports or swimming. People may make fun of them or jeer at them. In the majority of cases, it is hormonal imbalance, which causes this problem. It is prevalent mainly among the adolescent boys and may go away naturally when boys grow into men. Such cases last for a few months to a couple of years but there is no cause for worry. The dressing should be changed often and bed rest is a must for the patient to relax for a couple of days at least.
