But those who are older or have already crêpe skin or wrinkled skin won’t benefit much from the inner thigh liposuction. In fact they should go in for a thigh lift in addition to the inner thigh liposuction. Since removal of fat will create further wrinkles, a thigh lift is recommended for those who have lost the elasticity of the skin.
